The Challenge:
It can become challenging to toast uniqueness when inherent qualities are misunderstood and unfairly criticised.
The Remedy:
Know exactly who you are and prioritise daily rituals that empower a healthy sense of self-worth.
Thought-Initiator:
Refuse to be a copy of another while de-valuing your greatness because YOU were born to STAND OUT!
Acknowledge Yourself

We entered this life with an inherent sense of who we are.
As we grew older, we learned political, racial, sexual, etc. biases and inadvertently identified with some of those labels.
The unquenchable need to be accepted and validated by others outweighed our sense of self-worth and confidence.
Before we knew what had hit us, we'd unintentionally diverted our true path and conceded control (the limited amount we are gifted in this life).
Living inauthentically is unsustainable and results in a multitude of mental and emotional complications, subsequently affecting our physical selves.
May the below steps inspire self-awareness and self-love practices.
Notice when feelings of discomfort are triggered. Do you end up having to purposely suppress your feelings?
Make the brave decision to unlearn past conditioning and unlock your voice.
Believe that you are capable of making peace with letting go of self-doubt and reconnecting with your respectful self-assurance within.
Prioritise your overall health by committing to this decision.
Follow through by setting small, frequent goals to track your progress.
Reward yourself.
For example, when you've taken a positive stand for yourself each day for one week, gift yourself something special during your me-time practice.
Maintain Healthy Daily Rituals

Set yourself up for success by focusing your daily energy on your mental, emotional and physical well-being. This way, regardless of life's unexpected curveballs that may be headed your way, you'll function at your best across all life categories.
You Are Perfectly Imperfect

Release the unhealthy habit of comparing yourself to others. Compete against yourself.
You are an individual and deserve to be appreciated for the values, and talents you possess.
The world needs YOU (this is why you exist), not a carbon copy of an existing person.
Be brave enough to have your own respectful and humble life.
You are being called because you are capable.
Live in Self-Acceptance

True path diversions are perfectly normal as they form part of your journey. Once you've received the lesson, make peace with the experience and return to your natural path.
If you cannot unconditionally love and accept yourself, you will find yourself constantly chasing acceptance and validation.
Hold your self-worth in high regard to ensure you remain in control of your life and emotions.
Gratitude and Healing

Welcome life's lessons.
When processing difficult lessons, prioritise forgiveness (of self and others) and leverage professional help from local support groups.
Create your custom toolset to help the healing process along.
Remain respectful while humbly asserting yourself in this world
Live in peaceful harmony without having to compromise your integrity.
Choose to be a product of decision, not circumstance.
