Awaken to Deceptive Appearances

Just one look at social media and it's clear that humans are actively seeking acceptance and validation from everyone and their grandmother, aside from themselves.
If you're going to 'do it for the gram', be honest, and consider the message you're choosing to publicise.
Choosing to document your life on social media is an individual's prerogative, however, when it is an inauthentic reflection of a picture-perfect life, that is where unhealthy messages need to be seen for what they are.
By all means, if you've worked hard to achieve your toned body, flaunt it! More power to you.
Simply aim to pay the lessons of hard work and dedication foward. Make it clear that you did not wake up to 6-pack abs or your dream job. That instead, you woke up each day and focused your energy on your priorities.

Fly butterfly, but always remember the values you’ve been baked in.
Encourage open conversations about the process and what the end result represents in your life.
You are not the destination, you are an inspirational product of the journey and there is no shame in that.
Become Comfortable with Yourself.

Unlearn unhealthy societal brainwashing that dictates how you are meant to unlock fulfilment.
Upskill yourself on healthy mindfulness and physical practices that will ensure a constant authentic flow of light and love into your Being.
Incorporate self-love + belief + trust + care practices into daily routines and validate yourself.
Value your voice. Cultivate a healthy sense of self-worth through mindfulness practices.
A friendly caution to be open to objective reasoning and continued learning to ensure we do not stunt our growth or limit our vision of the full picture.
Be open to making mistakes, be accountable, and never stop learning.
This belief initiates holistic healthy rituals. This is exactly what the world desperately needs more of. There are more than enough IG models, trust.
Become the change you want to see and no longer seek self-liberation and enlightenment 'somewhere out there'.
Live in Your Power

Take a stand for yourself.
Do we sometimes seek 'happiness' in the form of materialistic things and its attached status? Or, do we depend on finding solace in the arms of another?
Awaken and notice unhealthy beliefs and behaviours.
Everything we require can be found within ourselves.
Do not allow fear to hold you back. Be brave, heal and grow.
