Escape the deceptively comfortable and familiar denial. Value yourself. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself.


Trust the process by releasing incessant thinking. Reconnect with stillness and actively listen to the guidance and answers meant for you.


You Deserve It!

Mutually Beneficial Relationships

You deserve joyful, undemanding, mutually beneficial relationships (i.e. friendly, romantically, and professionally).


You deserve the chance to refill your own cup and to allow those wanting to help refill your cup a chance to enter your sacred space. Allow the pure-intentioned in and release the toxicity of the past.


Do not compare. Live in appreciation and gratitude.


Consciously Choose Your Tribe

It is comforting to know that a non-judgemental safe space exists.


During your daily reflections, visualise who you seek as a member of your support system.


Yes, you are a powerful force on your own, but there are benefits to healthy external relationships and it’s vital that you know who you wish to attract.


When you expect people to hurt you or that you are all alone, you manifest this reality. Only you have the ability to help yourself escape from self-inflicted mental torture. Love yourself enough to take positive action.
