The Challenge
Feeling consumed by negative feelings of overwhelm, fear, anxiety, depression, or self-doubt?
The Remedy
Recognise, then release pride as it prevents self-healing and consequently fuels a continuous cycle of pain and revenge.
Stop bullying yourself into reaction. You deserve better than surrendering control over to your emotions. Release negative emotions and be certain of who is in charge.
When emotions are pulling our strings, we are forced to either continue being led by reactionary pride or find ourselves having to apologise each time we react.
It begins with us. The world is in a state of pain that demands our reinforcements for survival: Our unique wisdom and courage to rise up.
Be patient. Shifting from reaction to response may not take place overnight. Set reasonable goals and be compassionate. Become aware of your inner dialogue and show yourself love.
Reclaim self-control through daily mental and physical health practices. Right now, more than ever should our oxygen masks (custom toolset) form part of our daily ritual. We'll need to make sound decisions by being clear-headed.
May the below steps inspire your journey to self-liberation, understanding, and tolerance.

Notice when negative thoughts are seeking to terminate your peace.
When this occurs, actively LISTEN to your inner voice and:
Trust yourself.
Release self-doubt.
Be open to a healthy perspective.
Value your decisions.
Follow-through with positive action.
Advocate self and general liberation.
Aim to achieve a well-rounded perspective by remaining open-minded to potential solutions. This becomes possible once pride and judgemental behavior have been resigned.

Take A Stand
Honour your values and beliefs and take action (custom toolset) against that which drives all negative emotions.
Decide to commit your energy and time to heal rather than suffer. Nothing prevents us from being the change and leading by example.
We cannot expect outside peace and tolerance when we refuse to heal, release negative emotions, and proceed to act.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to defend ourselves when we are under attack and unjustly treated.
It's how we choose to respond that will define our character and shape the power of our influence.
Reflect upon the real root of negative thoughts, process, release emotion, and act with clarity.

The Road to Self-Healing
Set aside the stigma associated with working toward a healthy mental state.
Create your custom toolset to help process and release that which no longer serves you. You can do this!
Carefully Select A Support System
Once we are aware of who we truly are and the path we’re taking, we’ll attract similar souls.
Choose to be a product of decision, not circumstance.
