“The only real conflict you will ever have in your life won’t be with others, but with yourself.” - Shannon L. Alder
Why do we need to reset or take stock of our emotional and mental states, every day?
Because, when we understand that emotional triggers are an inescapable part of daily life, we realise the role healthy toolsets play in our lives.
You are in control of your choices so make your priorities clear: The road to self-liberation is a priority. Set yourself up for daily success by knowing what actions are needed to maintain mental peace.

Once we know and value our priorities, we automatically de-prioritise pettiness. This is key for our growth and overall health.
Forgivness won't occur without acceptance of what is done to allow for letting go. These actions unlock healing.
Perspective Training

One of the hardest things to accept is that we cannot change others. Even when we selflessly believe it's for their own good. We can only live a life that leads by example.
People are natural forces of logic and it will not be long before they adapt to the environment they are exposed to. Organic Evolution. As opposed to pushing certain beliefs down someone's throat.
Through our wellness practices, we strengthen our mindset, preventing us from wasting our finite daily energy on irrelevant details.
These practices help us see the bigger picture. It's our Emotional Reset button.
It's vital that negative experiences do not disrupt your inner peace nor discourage the journey you're on. The more awareness you have, the more grounded in your values you become and the less power the outside world has on your overall well-being.

All custom toolsets include physical activity and time on your own for self-reflection, keeping you connected with your intuition.
Reconnect with that which consistently brings you calm and joy. Do more of that! Schedule calming and joyful practices, each day.
Stop waiting for later. Later is not promised.
Watch your inner dialogue. Be compassionate and hold yourself accountable in the same way you'd support someone else.
Only you can help yourself. Not the adorable emotional support animals or your loved ones. As much as they do provide some temporary relief, only you possess the power within.
This is about you!

Let go of the stories in your mind, the constant need to feel angry or complain. Don't expect things to be different when you allow inaction (by not applying your toolset) each day.
Rise above self-pity and make healthy decisions, in this moment, that will bring you closer to letting go and growth.
Finding your voice and approaching said authenticity with respect and humility defines your character.
Be someone YOU ARE PROUD OF. Stop settling for being someone who's always having to apologise for their reactions.
